The communications campaign “B CORP Committed to Society and the Planet” was designed by the strategic communications agency APPLETREE, alongside B Lab Spain, a non-profit organization that aims to transform economies to benefit all people and the planet. This campaign won “Best project” in the category of good governance and ESG in the 5th edition of Ramón de Corral 2022, presented by Dircom Annually.
The awards, which recognise the best cases of communication disseminated in Spain in 2021, have highlighted the great work of B Corp in the most relevant media across the country, which has allowed the movement to position itself and consolidate its great growth during the year.
The path to this has involved many different lines of work that have managed to reach the B Corp community, the business sector, public institutions, the media and society in general. Thus, “B CORP committed to society and the planet” has achieved impressive results, with 1,849 in-depth articles in the media in just 8 months, achieving an audience of 963 million, and a reach of 2.6 million people on social media during 2021, adding 40,000 followers. But most importantly, the B Corp movement has been consolidated in 2021 in Spain with a 63% growth, exceeding 110 companies this year.
A project that, beyond its results, drives a necessary change. Raising awareness and adding followers so that more and more companies go from being the best in the world, to being the best companies for the world.
